Responsibilities:
* Provide coaching and training that proactively address
employee relation issues, legal issues, recruitment
processes, including interview training, performance
management, and civil treatment programs. Results will
provide leaders with skills necessary to develop employees
at all levels.
* Provide development activities that will enhance their
professional development. Assist in the management and
execution of business continuity plans.
* Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure the company is
sourcing and hiring highly qualified, diverse candidates and
to gain efficiencies with available internal/external
resources.
* Assist in evaluation and execution of effective rewards &
recognition programs through participation in salary
surveys, administering compensation programs.
Required:
* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field;
Masters preferred.
* A minimum of 5 years progressive human resources
experience.
* Demonstrated business consulting and problem resolution
skills.
* A minimum of 2 years recruitment and/or staffing
experience in a professional fast paced environment.
Industry experience preferred.
* Knowledge of employment law, corporate recruitment
processes, and recruitment strategies.
* Ability to interact with all levels of staff.
* Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
* Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills essential.

Qualifications:

MBA with focus in Finance is
preferred. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting,

experience is required. Financial analysis experience within the
retail or consumer goods industries is beneficial.

Strong analytical and problem
solving skills are required. The ability to formulate analysis
is as important as the ability to execute analysis.
