Customer Relationship Management Analyst:
Job description:
Responsible for analytical evaluation of the Similac CRM program including data-based recommendations, program forecasting and resource allocation to effectively achieve business plan objectives for the Infant Nutrition business.
Position will drive the CRM program by delivering first class analytical support to the Pediatric Marketing and Sales teams leading to best in class program insights, execution and ROI. This position will lead the analysis of the program by working closely with numerous cross-functional groups (Marketing, Database Operations, Interactive Marketing, Market Research, Agency partners and IT) to aggregate data with the goal of increasing effectiveness, making data-based recommendations and provide the consumer with a great Similac experience. The ideal candidate will have the ability to pull disparate pieces of data together to tell a story.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead strategic development of reporting and analytics for Similac CRM Program.
• Statistically analyze value and segmentation strategy to identify growth opportunities and increase ROI.
• Lead consumer benefit optimization projects.
• Identify statistical testing scenarios for program experimentation.
• Use analytic tools to monitor program and identify actionable insights.
• Identify specific areas where analytics can support the CRM business strategy.
• Lead monthly reporting of CRM program and share results with integrated team.
• Coordinate with business users and the database team to ensure analytical projects are effectively delivered on time with proper detail and auditing.
• Proven ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity and rapid change
• Conducts statistically based response and financial analysis of direct mail, e-mail, search and acquisition programs.
• Create standardized ROI Measurements to quantify impact on sales, profit and expense.
Skills/Experience requirements:
Clear understanding of relational databases is a must. Proven success presenting data to non-technical, senior leaders in an organization.
Background:
• Five to seven years of customer database marketing experience
• Three to five years of statistical analysis experience required
• Demonstrated analytical capability
• Strong competency in planning and organizing, evaluating results against pre-assigned metrics
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to attain business objectives
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrates good judgment
• Project management experience
• Creative, innovative and results oriented
• Ability to meet aggressive deadlines
• Intense desire to “win” ethically
• Advanced level PC skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and SAS
• Experience with Cognos is preferred
Educational requirements:
BA/BS degree in Statistics, Math, Economics, or Information Systems. MS/MA Preferred.
