The NBMBAA Leaders of Tomorrow Program aims to provide mentors and resources to marginally academic performing high school students who have leadership potential but need exposure and motivation in order to make good choices about college, their career and their future. Targeted students include inner-city high school youth with an average academic record and good school attendance.
