Leaders of Tomorrow | Program Overview

Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) is a NBMBAA initiative focused on improving the academic and leadership skills of minority high school students.  Our goal is to increase the number of students entering college, especially in business-related disciplines.

Mentors and students meet monthly for approximately three (3) hours to focus on developing the Leader’s skills in the following areas: academics, professional development and community service.  Mentors encourage students to channel their intellect and ambition in a positive manner through various workshops, assignments, and activities.

"The greatest good you can do for another is not just to share your riches

but to reveal to him his own?" - Benjamin Disraeli
