Oyauma M. Garrison
President
 


 

 

Oyauma is the President of the National Black MBA Association - Columbus Chapter, and lifetime member. Under his leadership, the chapter earned Chapter of the Year in 2005, 2006, and 2007.

He was named the national 2007 MBA of the Year for demonstrating outstanding leadership and a commitment to the mission, vision, and goals of the organization.

Terina currently heads the MBA recruiting division with Limited Brands. Terina is a lifetime member of the National Black MBA Association and has been an active member of the Columbus Chapter since 2003.

She has served the chapter as the Marketing and Communications Chair and is now Vice President of Operations.

Michael is a Human Resource Specialist for with State Farm Insurance in New Albany, Ohio.

Michael has been an active member of the Columbus, Ohio Chapter of the National Black MBA Association, since 2003, holding several positions, such as Leaders of Tomorrow Co-Chair, Membership Chair, and now Vice President of Administration.

David Harrison

David, a native of Valdosta, GA is the Immediate Past President of the NBMBAA Columbus Chapter. He currently serves as the Director of the Office of Minority Student Services within the Max M. Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University.

David received his B.A degree in Political Science at North Carolina A&T State University in 1985 and his M.A. degree in Political Science with an emphasis in Public Policy and Theory at OSU in 1988. He received two Certificates of Commendations and an Honorable Discharge because of his service as a Reservist in the United Stated States Marine Corps.

Mary Johnson
Treasurer


 


 

Mary is a Portfolio Manager with JP Morgan Fleming Private Client Services Portfolio Management Group. She is responsible for managing and supporting portfolios through evaluation of portfolio holdings, asset allocation, and style diversification.

Mary is also responsible for the development and execution of recommendations, which are based on the client's detailed profile and prescribed investment objective, as well as building a diversified portfolio of securities that maintain an optimal balance between risk and return.

  Mary has been a member of the Columbus Chapter since 2004. She is a lifetime member and has served the chapter as the Membership Chair and now serves as the Secretary.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Franklin University and a Master’s degree in Administration with a program study in Human Resources Administration from Central Michigan University.

Governance








 

Major currently serves as the Secretary for the Columbus Chapter of the National Black MBA Association.

He became a member of the organization and joined the Executive Board in 2005. He also serves as a mentor with the Leaders of Tomorrow Program (LOT).

Gina Law is a licensed practicing real estate professional in the state of Ohio, as well as a staff development leader for the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission.

She has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communications and a Master’s degree in business leadership from Franklin University and plans to pursue a JD.

LuTonda is currently an HR Manager, EXPRESS with Limited Brands. LuTonda has a Master of Business Administration from Ashland University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The Ohio State University

She has been a member of the NBMBAA Columbus Chapter since 2002 and recently became a lifetime member.

As an Executive Board member, LuTonda currently holds the Education Chair post and manages the Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) Program.

Neville D. Gayle, a native of Akron, Ohio and graduate of Central-Hower High School, attended The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio after receiving several scholarships including The Ohio State University’s Minority Affairs Excellence Scholarship, Kappa Alpha Psi George C. Miller Scholarship, and the Akron Chapter of The Black Women Leadership Caucus Scholarship.

Stephanie is currently the Director of External Reporting and Technical Accounting in the Financial Reporting department of Cardinal Health. Prior to joining Cardinal Health in 2006, she held roles of increasing responsibility at Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLC and OCLC, Online Computer Library Center, Inc.

She has been an active member of the Columbus, Ohio Chapter of the National Black MBA Association since 2004 and currently holds the position of Chair of the Fund Development Committee.
