LuTonda Baumgardner - Leaders of Tomorrow Chair

LuTonda is currently an HR Manager, EXPRESS with Limited Brands  Prior to this role she was an Employee Relations Manager with NetJets, Inc. and a Human Resources Consultant with Nationwide.

LuTonda has a Master of Business Administration from Ashland University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The Ohio State University.

She holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation from the Society of Human Resource Management in which she is a longstanding member.

In addition, she has been a member of the NBMBAA Columbus Chapter since 2002 and recently became a lifetime member. As an Executive Board member, LuTonda currently holds the Education Chair post and manages the Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) Program - a program focused on expanding the cadre of students attending college as well as fostering personal growth in the areas of career and community service.

LuTonda is a member of Mt. Hermon Missionary Baptist Church where she serves as President of the Nurse's Corp as well as an instructor for the Children's new member program.
