Mary Johnson - Treasurer

Mary is a Portfolio Manager with JP Morgan Fleming Private Client Services Portfolio Management Group. She is responsible for managing and supporting portfolios through evaluation of portfolio holdings, asset allocation, and style diversification. Mary is also responsible for the development and execution of recommendations, which are based on the client's detailed profile and prescribed investment objective, as well as building a diversified portfolio of securities that maintain an optimal balance between risk and return.

Mary graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelors of Science in Agricultural Business and received a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Ashland University. She holds the following licenses: NASD Series 7 Investment Adviser Registered Representative, NASD Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent State Law, NASD Series 65 The Uniform Investment Adviser Law, and the State of Ohio Life Health and Variable Annuity.

In her spare time she helps to run a non-profit emergency assistance fund, that services the needs of individuals within the community who are in need of financial assistance with meeting their mortgage/rent and utility expenses.

She is also interested in the pursuit of providing underserved individuals with the educational tools related to personal and small business wealth management that will empower them to achieve financial freedom, which is why she decided to join the National Black MBA Association.
