Neville Gayle - Professional Development

Neville D. Gayle, a native of Akron, Ohio and graduate of Central-Hower High School attended The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio after receiving several scholarships including The Ohio State University’s Minority Affairs Excellence Scholarship, Kappa Alpha Psi George C. Miller Scholarship, and the Akron Chapter of The Black Women Leadership Caucus Scholarship.

In 1997, he received a Bachelors of Arts degree in Communications with a specialization in Public Speaking. He is currently the founder and President of Executive Intervention, a training and development company which specializes in developing training programs in the areas of Information Technology and Organizational Development.

He is the husband of Kimberly and has three children Myles, Kyrah, and Trinity. Neville is also a member of New Salem Missionary Baptist Church where he is active in the Lay Counseling ministry.
