Terina J. Matthews - Vice President, Operations

Terina currently heads the MBA recruiting division with Limited Brands. Terina is a lifetime member of the National Black MBA Association and has been an active member of the Columbus Chapter since 2003. She has served the chapter as the Marketing and Communications Chair and is now Vice President of Operations.

Terina has been instrumental in developing corporate partners for the Columbus chapter and increasing the overall corporate partnerships through increased donation amounts. She holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Middle School Education from University of Louisville. Upon graduation Terina taught 6th, 7th and 8th grade students in the areas of math and Spanish in Louisville, Kentucky, prior to returning to Columbus to pursue her Master's degree at The Ohio State University.

She holds a Master of Arts degree in Higher Education Administration and Human Development in addition to a Master of Labor and Human Resources (MLHR) degree both from The Ohio State University.  Terina is also an active member of the Village to Child Advisory Board; Komen Race for the Cure fundraiser, as well as a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Terina is a member of Faith Ministries Church where she is active in the Women's Ministry, the leader of both the Women’s and Youth young ladies Step Teams and a mentor for 2 young ladies within the church.
