Jeanetta Darno

Jeanetta Darno, is the diversity director for Cardinal Health, the leading provider of products and services to the healthcare industry.

In her role, Darno oversees diversity functions and affirmative action compliance strategies. She is responsible for the continued development and implementation of Cardinal Health’s diversity initiatives based upon their work/life balance. Darno also serves on Cardinal Health’s contribution committee and diversity council.



With more than 15 years of human resources and management experience with Fortune 20 companies, Darno previously owned a human resource consulting business.

In addition, Darno was a captain in the United States Army. She served her country in a variety of overseas deployments such as Team Spirit (Korea, Bright Star (Egypt), Desert Shield, and Desert Storm (Iraq and Kuwait).

Mrs. Darno holds an MBA from the Ohio State University, a master of arts in human resources from the University of Central Texas (a Texas A&M campus), and a bachelor of arts in political science from Jackson State. She is a board member of the Alliance for Work-Life Progress, an affiliate organization of World-at-Work.



Wyvonne Page

Wyvonne Page, a twenty-two year public service employee with the State of Ohio. She is an author recently published and Chief Administrative Officer of Page Turners, L.L.C. She attended Columbus public schools and pursued her post education from Franklin University and Ohio State. Wyvonne is also a well-known community activist, served as a member of the Franklin County Republican Club and the Central Ohio Republican Club. Wyvonne also served two years as an elected member of the Franklin County Republican Party Central Committee.

Wyvonne is an active member of her church, the Christ Memorial Missionary Baptist Church in Columbus, where she has held several leadership positions. She is the mother of two adult children, four grandsons and one granddaughter.



Todd Corley

Todd Corley is the Vice President – Diversity & Inclusion for Abercrombie & Fitch.

Mr. Corley is a seasoned diversity professional and leader with more than 10 years of experience in diversity leadership, change management, diversity consulting and financial planning. In his role, Mr. Corley reports to Michael Jeffries, Chairman & CEO, for Abercrombie & Fitch.

Since November 2004, when Mr. Corley joined Abercrombie & Fitch, the retailer has forged several significant relationships: NBMBAA - Multi-year sponsorship to underwrite the conference’s worldwide webcast, Organization of Chinese Americans: Sponsorship of its College Leadership Summit, INROADS: Internship opportunities for retail-management careers, United Negro College Fund: $300,000 scholarship grant, and the Hispanic College Fund: Collaboration with the UNCF to identify scholarship recipients.

Prior to this role, Mr. Corley was the Senior Manager of Diversity for Starwood Hotels & Resorts, where he helped launch Starwood’s diversity and inclusion initiative and implement their diversity related programs and policies.

Prior to Starwood, he was a Senior Consultant & Area Leader in Towers Perrin’s Global Diversity and Change Management Practice. During his tenure with Towers Perrin, he provided a broad range of diversity strategy, training and education, change management and recruitment and retention consulting services across multiple industries, which included notable clients like: Toys R Us, American Express, The New York Stock Exchange, UBS PaineWebber, JPMorgan Chase, Pfizer, AstraZeneca and Kraft Foods. Evident among his client list, many (e.g., JPMorgan Chase, American Express, Kraft Foods) are considered leaders in the area of diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Over the years he has developed and cultivated strong ties with representative African American, Hispanic, Asian, GLBT and gender based organizations, media and related community networks. He has authored articles on generational diversity and frequently speaks publicly on diversity related topics.

Mr. Corley has an MBA from Georgetown University and holds several board positions, including one’s with Olivia’s House & Maxwell’s Place, in Richmond, Virginia. Both organizations are focused on providing guidance, support and direction for area youth. Mr. Corley also serves on the advisory board of the UNCF – Columbus, Ohio chapter and most recently, was asked to serve as a board member of Cornell University’s Chief Diversity Officer Roundtable, which is a national “think tank” for Chief Diversity Officer’s.

He is married to Dr. G. Penelope Fleming and they have two children, Olivia-Noelle and Austin Maxwell.



Reggie Thomas

Reggie Thomas, a twenty-year veteran in the banking industry, fifteen years with Huntington, is a vice president-Senior Community Development Specialist for Huntington National Bank. Thomas is responsible for meeting CRA requirements in Central Ohio, as well as being appointed chair of the $275 million commitment to under-served neighborhoods in the city of Columbus’s 21st Century City Partnership. Thomas frequently interacts with community leaders, business owners, non-profit organizations, churches and schools. He develops and facilitates financial programs and workshops to satisfy the financial needs of low-income families through nontraditional methods of banking.

Thomas is highly involved in the community, winning Huntington’s Philanthropic Award in April 2000; Boy Scout’s of America’s National service award-The Whitney M. Young, Jr. Award in 2000 and was elected into Who’s Who in Black Columbus in 2002 and 2005. He serves as chairman of the board on organizations such as Compdrug Incorporated, Community Development Collaborative of Greater Columbus and The Greater Linden Development Corporation, past chair for Ohio Parents for Drug Free Youth and is past treasurer for House of Hope for Alcoholics, Inc and Columbus Saves.

Thomas has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Mount Union College in Alliance, Ohio, and recently earned his Master’s Degree from DeVry University’s Keller Graduate School of Management in 2004. Thomas served as President for Mount Union College Alumni Association and past board member for his Alma mater. Thomas is also a 1997 graduate of Leadership Ohio-class IV and United Way’s Project Diversity - class XI.
